Instead of asking analysts to draw workflows in a modelling tool, it clusters the journeys people actually take through your applications into named processes, each with its sub-processes, a discovered step sequence, and a confidence score.
Discovery runs on a recurring schedule, so the picture stays current as your applications, teams, and workloads change. Nothing is collected until an administrator switches it on for a project.
