Job brief:

We are looking for a talented professional services manager to join our growing customer success team.  The ideal candidate should have native English, including superior written skills and experience with sales-related activities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drives the implementation of new accounts, ensuring value is delivered and constantly looking for up-sell opportunities.
  • Feedback to product: Provides insights to product team as to the revenue potential for customer requests including new functionality.
  • Initial set-up of Toonimo service to customers.
  • Follow up calls with customers to show value and to improve customers’ performance using Toonimo

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Native English, including superior written skills.
  • 3 years of account management experience
  • Experience with product management and/or project management
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Relationship-oriented individual
  • Willing to work U.S. hours
  • Ideally familiar with SaaS, including customer experience and user experience.

Main goals:

  • Converting pilots to successful accounts with case studies
  • Converting quarterly accounts to annual
  • Upselling and expanding existing accounts
