Marketing Director Position

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing online and offline marketing programs . Provide analysis and insight to manage the success of marketing programs.  This is a role with heavy influence on content writing, online campaigns and design

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Online Marketing: Drive content and lead creation and conversion via blogs, paid advertising, white papers, SEO, webinars, email marketing, social media, company website and partnering with media sites
  • Offline Marketing: Manage conferences, including logistics, content for presentations and marketing collateral
  • Implement marketing processes, including tracking of marketing activities and sales conversion in the CRM
  • Liaise with sales team and sales development including lead nurturing
  • Create and manage analytics of all marketing activities, with heavy emphasis on conversion to sales opportunities and deals closed per marketing channel

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Native English, including superior content writing and communication skills
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred – proven success in growth
  • Google analytics experience
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Unbounce or similar landing page design experience
  • Ideally familiar with ecommerce and media industries, including customer experience and user experience
